Our birthday letters are created by the Magical Birthdays Department. This is a very special office where only the most trusted fairies, pixies, elves, witches and wizards make and send huge numbers of magical birthday letters and cards every day.
Printed on hand made paper and envelope, wishing your special someone a happy birthday and lots of love from the Birthday Fairy or Birthday Pixie.
A personalised birthday letter from a magical character is a lovely gift which can be kept, treasured and remembered for years to come.
You also have the option to add a birthday card for your special person to accompany the letter with official stamp and genuine wax seal.

Letters are mailed within 1-3 business days of your initial order. Letters usually arrive quickly, but we rely on the various postal services to ensure prompt delivery and sometimes delays happen. Please allow up to 2 weeks for UK delivery, and 4-6 weeks for international delivery. This may take longer during busy times of the year such as the festive period. Please allow plenty of time when placing your order.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for UK delivery, and 4-6 weeks for international delivery for your letter to arrive from date of ordering. After this time we will send a replacement letter. We post worldwide from the UK.
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping but there are some countries we cannot deliver to. We post free within the UK. Anything being sent outside of the UK will incur postage costs.
The letters and certificates are A4 sized and will be inside their own envelope then packaged and shipped inside a hard back envelope to protect them during delivery.
