The letter is on beautifully crafted vintage coloured paper complete with authentic wax seal above the signature and matching wax sealed envelope.
The envelope containing the letter will be stamped with the postage mark from the North Pole and sealed with a wax seal. Each letter comes with festive twine around the envelope.
You also have the option to add a matching nice list certificate for your special person with North Pole Official stamp and genuine wax seal. This is on white paper/card so it stands out when put into a frame (Not Supplied).

Letters are mailed within 1-3 business days of your initial order. Letters usually arrive quickly, but we rely on the various postal services to ensure prompt delivery and sometimes delays happen. Please allow up to 2 weeks for UK delivery, and 4-6 weeks for international delivery. This may take longer during busy times of the year such as the festive period. Please allow plenty of time when placing your order.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping but there are some countries we cannot deliver to. We post free within the UK. Anything being sent outside of the UK will incur postage costs.
The letters and certificates are A4 sized and will be inside their own envelope then packaged and shipped inside a hard back envelope to protect them during delivery.
